This is our preferred method of payment, as it is quick, simple, and secure. We accept payment in 12 major international currencies, including ¥, €, USD, KRW, CNY, HKD, and SGD. Your credit card details are entered on a secure page hosted by a company that specializes in processing secure online credit card payments for all of the major banks in New Zealand. 2. Fax your credit card details to us

You can also make your payment by transferring funds directly from your bank account to ours. To do this, please contact us to request our account details. Please note that a ¥2000 surcharge (€15, US$16, CNY150) is required to cover the cost of bank fees.
4. Checks and International Money Orders
Please contact us to discuss this payment option. We accept checks drawn on New Zealand banks in New Zealand dollars. In certain cases we also accept checks drawn on foreign banks, although additional fees may apply.
Refund Policy
Our payment policy is to only require payment once the client is 100% satisfied with the edited manuscript. Accordingly, refunds will only be made where a client is unhappy with the editing of a large assignment for which a part-payment was made in advance. In such a case, the part-payment will be refunded in full.
